Introduction to the strengths of heater, controller, and sensor.
This document introduces the strengths of Minko's heaters, controllers, and sensors. We provide solutions to customer challenges by utilizing individual manufacturing technologies such as "factory attachment technology" that achieves reliable attachment on complex surfaces, "compact assembly manufacturing technology," and "surface mount technology," as well as innovations in design and the integration of multiple products. [Strengths] - Freedom of shape - Flexible design of resistance density distribution and number of circuits - Integration of heaters and sensors - Factory attachment of heaters to complex shapes - Compliance with various standards (especially for sensors) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Minko has been providing thermal solutions since its establishment in Minneapolis, USA, in 1956. Initially, the company was engaged in the design and assembly of precision electrical equipment, but it expanded its range of in-house developed products starting with wire-wound temperature sensors, followed by flexible heaters and flexible printed circuit boards. Currently, it has evolved into providing heaters, sensors, flexible circuit boards, and integrated thermal solutions. Today, over 600 employees work at five locations in the USA, France, Japan, China, and Singapore, where local application engineers directly assist customers. Additionally, manufacturing is conducted at three locations in the USA, France, and China, allowing for production at the most suitable site based on specific projects, ensuring prompt delivery of products.
