The "Dry Ice Blast Cleaning Device" is a shot blast device that removes dirt from objects by spraying dry ice particles using compressed air, making it an environmentally friendly cleaning system. Burrs that inevitably occur during molding. Customers molding super engineering plastics such as PPS and PBT, as well as those performing insert molding, have found manual burr removal to be a significant burden. Therefore, we introduced the dry ice cleaning device "i3 Microclean." The time required was reduced from 180 seconds to 20 seconds. The occurrence of secondary defects related to manual burr removal also significantly decreased.
