Oban Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of sponge, rubber, and plastic processing. We would like to introduce examples of processing foam materials for a wide variety of applications. We received a request from Muramura LLC for the processing of "drone cases and cushioning materials." They were having trouble transporting their drones and wanted a dedicated case that could also store the remote controls and iPads together. First, we took measurements, and then we proceeded with the design and drafting of the plans. We designed it to be user-friendly while maintaining strength. Considering costs, we minimized the amount of cushioning material used and designed it to be supported at key points.
