There are examples where a large number of workpieces loaded into a container are dumped onto an FR conveyor, aligned and transported so that they reach the picking area one by one, combined with a laser scanner module that distinguishes between the front and back, enabling stable parts supply. In cases where there are windows in the factory, the vision system's stability can decrease due to external disturbances, and with irregularly shaped workpieces, there can be instances where workpieces are dropped due to picking errors. Systems incorporating FR conveyors do not experience fluctuations due to such external disturbances, allowing for the establishment of a stable production line.
