We propose "Front-loading development using CAE and improving design efficiency" aimed at expanding the application of quality engineering, reducing prototypes, and utilizing AI. Currently, even if only a part of the characteristics, such as structural properties, is being optimized, ideally, it should be possible to achieve overall optimization for other characteristics such as fluid properties, cost, acoustic properties, and aesthetics. Therefore, we offer solutions aimed at expanding the application of quality engineering and reducing prototypes using the multi-purpose robust design optimization support tool "modeFRONTIER."
