Torch exclusive! The synergistic power of new ceramic balls and heat-resistant effect enhancers!
"CERABO-SB" is a heat-resistant effect promoter specifically designed for torches suitable for high current and high work rate sputtering operations. The cleaning heat-resistant promoter assists in the polishing and grinding effects of porous and dense ceramic balls, preventing the adhesion of sputter. Dipping the torch, which has become hot after welding operations, 1 to 3 times (as instructed by the robot) effectively promotes the detachment of adhered sputter. 【Features】 ■ Dedicated for torches ■ Usable with nozzles of 16φ to 24φ or larger, including tapered nozzles ■ Suitable for operations generating high current and high work rate sputter ■ No power source is required for device installation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Overview** A container mixed with new ceramic balls (for polishing and grinding) and a heat-resistant coating agent (a cleaning type spatter adhesion prevention agent) is used. The tip of the torch nozzle after welding is periodically immersed in the mixing container (about 2 cm back and forth) as a series of operations taught to the robot in advance. This allows for the automation of welding work and spatter removal work with consistently good nozzles. The cleaning agent included in the water-soluble and heat-resistant effect promoter, through immersion of the high-temperature nozzle, causes the high-temperature boiling porous ceramic balls to begin rotating, polishing and grinding the inserted nozzle, which effectively removes spatter. At the same time, it forms a cleaning effect and a heat-resistant film, preventing spatter adhesion very effectively. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
