This technology has effective cases against warping of molded products and is an important technology for our company. This case has improved the weld strength of long fiber reinforced resin test pieces to five times that of standard products. Our orientation control technology is applicable not only to long fiber reinforced resins but also to metallic colored resins, PP + talc-based materials, and other filler-added materials. When filling the test piece from the two-point gate at both ends, a weld forms in the center, and in tensile tests, it generally breaks at the weld. By applying our orientation control, the orientation of the weld area changes so significantly that breaks can occur in areas other than the weld.
