"Mobacon" is a mobile concrete manufacturing plant that can be mounted on a small mobile crane. It is capable of producing and supplying various materials on-site, including cement-based paving materials, various ready-mixed concrete products, and special concrete (ultra-quick-setting concrete) necessary for infrastructure maintenance. This product can produce up to approximately 0.4m3 per batch, contributing to labor savings and quality improvement at the site. It is equipped with a load cell (weighing device) to accurately measure materials and records weighing data for each production lot. Ecosystem Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the recycling of waste tiles, which were traditionally only disposed of in landfills, since 1999. We have developed various recycled paving materials (such as concrete-based) and have built a track record over the years. Currently, we are expanding this business know-how nationwide through franchising and establishing a local production and consumption recycling network for tiles. We are working on tile recycling across all of Japan. Initially, Mobacon was developed to produce our tile recycling concrete paving materials. At the same time, we believe it can serve as a plant applicable for infrastructure maintenance and disaster response, contributing to the future formation of our national land.
