We would like to introduce a case study of the 'Metal Frame Heater,' which can operate at temperatures up to 900°C and is designed without ceramic fiber, making it suitable for use in clean environments. Due to the inability to use insulation materials in vacuum furnaces and to meet the conditions for uniform heating, we proposed the planar heater model "FW type," which was successfully implemented. The design needed to prevent vacuum discharge, and we were able to accommodate details such as fixing to the case and TC holes according to the customer's requests, which made them very happy. Additionally, we have a track record of delivering FW heaters for standalone testing.
