**Overview** Belzona 4111 Magma Quartz is a resin mortar type repair material suitable for resurfacing concrete and masonry, as well as for rebuilding and protecting surfaces. It can also be used as grout and for adhesion purposes, demonstrating exceptional chemical resistance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. While it is primarily designed for horizontal surfaces exposed to wear, impact, and vibration, it can also be applied to vertical surfaces with a maximum film thickness of 6mm. 【Instructions】 □Surface Preparation: For metal surfaces, remove rust from corroded areas using blasting or grinding, and roughen the surface. For concrete surfaces, remove any adhered oils and dust, then wash with clean water. *For newly poured concrete, cure until the moisture content is below 6%. □Degreasing Cleaning: Remove moisture, oils, and dirt using a cleaning agent. □Conditioning: Apply Belzona 4911 Magma TX Conditioner. □Mixing: Take the main agent, hardener, and aggregate in the appropriate mixing ratio and mix thoroughly to avoid color variation. □Application: Finish to a uniform flat surface using a trowel in the same manner as plastering.
