The "Diamond Lux Line" is a hot runner system line suitable for molding polycarbonate resin parts that require high aesthetic quality. It is particularly suitable for molding any front headlamp, such as housings and bezels for the automotive industry, formed with PC or PC-HT, especially lenses, and is well-suited for the plastic glazing field. By using multi-shot technology that integrates possible fixing elements for easier and faster assembly, it is molded with polycarbonate. The entire hot runner is manufactured from specially coated steel to prevent the decomposition of polycarbonate, avoiding the risk of black spots in transparent applications such as lenses and window panels.
