The FS High Shifter, a strong vibration sieve that exceeds ultrasonic levels, achieves a vertical amplitude 2 to 3 times greater than conventional circular vibration sieves (compared to our products). Unlike traditional ultrasonic sieves, it does not require expensive ultrasonic generating devices and offers excellent maintenance. It realizes an impressive vertical amplitude, enabling disintegration, dispersion, and classification, making it perfect for classifying fine powders, oil content, and adhesive powders. This vibrating sieve can be used in both dry and wet applications depending on the needs. ■ Features - The middle frame attachment uses a swing bolt system (compared to conventional horizontal tightening band systems). - The product screen adopts a sandwich structure for easy mesh replacement. - The reinforcement screen is cassette-type. - Compatible with SUS (stainless steel) and nylon screens. - No mesh tapping, eliminating contamination concerns. - Designed for small spaces, allowing inline operation. - Equipped with caster wheels with adjustable feet for easy mobility. - Standard specification includes an inspection port on the lid.
