We manufacture frozen rice products such as "steamed sushi" and "stick sushi" using low-amylose rice suitable for frozen rice, produced by Takemoto Farm Co., Ltd. and Hokushin Agricultural Cooperative Association, along with local seafood from the Hokuriku region and Kaga vegetables.
