Challenging for 'the customers' sake' with Shiba sushi born in Hokuriku.

Since its establishment in 1958, Shibazushi Co., Ltd. has been cherished by many customers, primarily in the Hokuriku region, as a taste of Kanazawa. Our flagship product, Sasa-zushi, is produced in over 11 million pieces annually just in the three Hokuriku prefectures, and thanks to our customers, it has grown to be regarded as "Kanazawa's soul food." We will continue to take on new challenges to provide products that can inspire even more customers through the culture of pressed sushi that Kanazawa is known for.
