Quantum dots with adjustable emission wavelengths and narrow emission spectra! Suitable for areas such as lasers.
"Perovskite-type quantum dots" are products that have crystallized perovskite-type compounds into nanocrystals. In display applications, quantum dots such as CdSe/ZnS and InP/ZnS are gradually being commercialized, but the strong toxicity of Cd and the rarity of In are problematic. Additionally, the synthesis of InP/ZnS requires an environment that completely blocks O2 and H2O, and issues regarding the chemical stability and durability of InP remain. From this perspective, we developed our "perovskite-type quantum dots." They have adjustable emission wavelengths and a narrow emission spectrum (full width at half maximum), which gives them great potential in areas such as displays, lasers, LEDs, solar cells, and medical biomarkers. [Features] ■ Quantum yield is approximately 50-90% ■ Emission wavelength is adjustable ■ Emission spectrum (full width at half maximum) is narrow at 18nm-39nm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *If you would like paid samples, please inquire.

We are a chemical company that researches, develops, manufactures, and sells cutting-edge materials and technologies in the environmental and energy sectors aimed at building a decarbonized society. We are developing various advanced materials and technologies, including natural biomass-based biodegradable plastics (resins), biomass coating materials, biomass inks, next-generation solar cells, next-generation secondary batteries, next-generation fuel cells, quantum dots, metal-organic frameworks, ionic liquids, deep eutectic solvents, and cellulose nanofibers. Our original brand, Nano Sakura, under GS Alliance, significantly enhances the functional properties of raw materials by "compositing" cellulose nanofibers, which are the main component of plants, with various existing resin materials, resulting in an environmentally friendly, next-generation high-performance advanced material. We also offer products made from 100% natural materials derived from natural biomass waste resources such as wood, plants, bamboo, paper, recycled paper, seaweed, and starch, aiming for a grade with zero petroleum usage, striving to create materials that are as environmentally friendly as possible. We have been selected as a startup support program company by UNOPS, a United Nations-related organization. UNOPS S3i Innovation Centre Japan
