We have completely renewed the customizable 100W laser cleaner. Compared to the previous model (CLX-100), it can minimize the irradiation area to an extremely small size (minimum 0.1 x 0.1mm) and comes standard with a variable repetition frequency feature. By fundamentally rethinking the configuration, we have significantly reduced the product size and weight to enhance portability, achieving a reasonable and competitive price. The area where the laser emits is designed to be handheld, allowing it to be operated with one hand. A laser cleaner, also known as a laser rust removal machine, laser blast, laser scaling device, laser paint stripping machine, laser cleaning machine, or laser degreaser, is a device that can remove rust and other contaminants from metal using laser technology. With an average output of 100W, this high-power laser can remove even stubborn dirt. At the laser's focal point, the beam intensity can exceed 1000 kW/cm² (up to several tens of MW/cm²), allowing for the removal of cement adhered to metal surfaces. Since this laser cleaner product is developed in-house, both the software and hardware can be customized.
