Our precision shot peening process, "OX-FSP," carefully selects shot conditions based on the material, heat treatment, hardness of the product, as well as the usage environment and its countermeasures. This method is primarily aimed at improving fatigue strength and sliding properties by processing under appropriate conditions. Compared to conventional shot peening, reducing the media size to several micrometers to several millimeters increases the injection speed to over 200 m/sec, allowing for tremendous injection energy even with the same amount of air (processing pressure).
