The "PCB Polishing, Washing, and Water Removal Device" is a polishing, washing, and water removal device designed to clean SUS plates that have been separated from products after PCB press molding. The polishing roll is equipped with a flap-type polishing cloth roll for four axes. The drying process employs an air knife method using compressed air. The SUS plates, heated by pressing and warm water, benefit from cooling effects while being dried by the air knife. Even immediately after being discharged from this equipment, hot SUS plates are not brought into the processing room.
