We would like to introduce a case study of a product from J.S.P. Corporation, a specialized manufacturer dealing with sound control technology. We adopted "corner double-opening doors" for the soundproof chamber used for vibration testing machines. By installing it in the corner of the factory, we can effectively utilize the factory space. The design was made to shorten the transportation route as the products need to be carried by hand. We focused on the dimensional accuracy of the doors to prevent gaps and sound leakage at the corners, and confirmed satisfactory performance in our internal noise tests.
