We would like to introduce the assembly status of the soundproof panels for the press line measuring 27000×6000×5500H. The automatic lift shutter is assembled in-house, where electrical wiring and operational checks are conducted. The drive unit is a crucial part that significantly affects the performance and quality of the soundproof room, so we take ample time to check it thoroughly within the factory before shipment. Additionally, 10-ton trucks and large trailers can access the factory. The wiring for the automatic lift shutter remains intact, and the entire drive unit is transported to the site in a modular state. At the delivery site, the automatic lift shutter unit will be installed. Since most of the checks have already been completed in-house, the on-site work will focus on the integration with existing equipment and final movement checks.
