"K-CLP" is a wear-resistant pipe lined with high-chromium cast iron on the inside of the steel pipe. It achieves extended service life due to its excellent wear resistance, making it suitable for transporting materials such as crushed slag, fly ash, and clinker ash. Additionally, it overcomes the weaknesses of basalt pipes and ceramic pipes, which are prone to partial damage due to joints. Furthermore, it boasts excellent maintainability, allowing for the measurement of the thickness of the high-chromium cast iron section through the outer mounting holes using ultrasonic testing (UT) even while the equipment is in operation.
