In-process control type post-nitriding/post-soft-nitriding oxidation treatment!
The ONC(R) process technology refers to the latest technique that combines the proven gas nitriding treatment NITREG(R) with potential control for both corrosion resistance and wear resistance of various steel grades, as well as the soft nitriding treatment NITREG(R)-C with potential control, along with oxidation treatment. 【Features】 ■ It is possible to treat all types of steel with ONC(R). ■ A liquid-based corrosion inhibitor, Corr-Check(R), penetrates the surface, dries, and provides a glossy finish, further enhancing corrosion resistance. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

basic information
**Partial Function of ONC(R)** ■ By automatically controlling the nitriding potential of NITREG(R) or NITREG(R)-C, it guarantees the formation of a white layer with suitable wear resistance and corrosion resistance. ■ As an option, the stage Corr-Check(R) involves a process of immersing the bus containing a corrosion inhibitor at room temperature for about 1 minute. The medium containing the corrosion inhibitor penetrates and remains in the micro-pores of the outer surface of the compound layer, playing a role in further corrosion protection during the service life of the component. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*

Since its establishment in 1984 as a developer of innovative gas nitriding processes and a supplier of turnkey gas nitriding systems, our company has achieved numerous implementations primarily in the automotive and aerospace industries. Our revolutionary Nitreg® trademark potential nitriding control technology reproducibly delivers significant wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance qualities for various metals. The Nitreg® trademark allows for heat treatment at low temperatures, eliminating the need for post-processing steps such as surface polishing after nitriding and soft nitriding, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and achieving substantial cost reductions. We have experienced metallurgical engineers who will review your heat treatment requirements and provide effective technical advice and proposals. Additionally, by actively engaging in your development projects, we also develop and provide tailor-made heat treatment recipes.
