However, if the surface is rough or if anodizing treatment is applied, it may lead to outgassing that adversely affects high vacuum conditions. This product maintains the inherent characteristics of aluminum alloy while undergoing ALpika(R) treatment, reducing gas release compared to conventional electro-polishing, which is a common treatment for aluminum components used in high vacuum.
