Avoid and mitigate risks for food and beverage tenants! Introducing case studies of seismic isolator installations! [Video and case study collection available]
Many kitchens of food tenants located in rental properties and upper floors of buildings are often cramped, and during an earthquake, the shifting or falling of kitchen equipment can block evacuation routes or pose a risk of injury to employees. Additionally, some rental properties prohibit drilling holes in floors and other areas, necessitating earthquake countermeasures that do not require drilling. The installation of seismic adjusters is "hole-free," allowing for the avoidance and mitigation of these risks. 【Target Items】 ■ Kitchen Equipment *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. 【Official Instagram】: Currently showcasing case studies★☆ https://www.instagram.com/ansin_official/ 【Official Website】: For inquiries, please contact us at the link below! http://www.ans1828.com 【Introduction Video】 https://youtu.be/1oE7CAwOvZQ

The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It is ideal for places where you don't want to drill holes and frequently change layouts. It can withstand earthquakes equivalent to a seismic intensity of 7 (with a seismic period of 1 second and an acceleration of 1000 gal), addressing both horizontal and vertical shaking. This is a patented product that has obtained domestic patents in Japan and international patents in the United States. In addition to clean rooms where dust is not allowed and food and pharmaceutical factories, it can also be used for earthquake countermeasures in buildings with insufficient floor thickness for driving anchor bolts, such as those on the second floor and above. Moreover, while typical gels have low load-bearing capacity and require larger sizes to increase it, the gel used in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial specialty product, making it compact while offering approximately ten times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard products. The Anshin Adjuster is also unaffected by conditions where water or oil may be present, such as in factories, kitchens, or outdoors, as the gel is sealed with a special adhesive called "Anshin Aiba."
