Introducing a case study of a logistics center constructed using ALC for the exterior wall material!
Based on the intended use, size, and regional environment of factories and warehouses, it is possible to select suitable roofs, walls, and structures, achieving a short construction period and low cost. Here, we introduce a case study of "system construction." The logistics center located in Chiba Prefecture is adjacent to an existing warehouse constructed by our company three years ago. It is a three-story building with a length of 59.3m and a width of 32.9m. The exterior wall material used is ALC, and the steel frame construction was carried out at our Tochigi factory. The center primarily handles fertilizers and synthetic resins, and all internal areas are equipped with loading docks. 【Construction Case Study】 - Completion Date: March 2007 (Heisei 19) - Location: Chiba Prefecture - Total Floor Area (for both buildings): 11,699m² (3,540 tsubo) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
