This is a German-made high-speed 5-axis machining center. It uses a rack and pinion drive system, and is driven by two motors that constantly apply load, preventing wear and play like that seen in ball screws. By adopting the rack and pinion system, it offers: * A large gantry machining center with an X-axis travel of up to 40m. * Modular design allowing for production with a wide range of machine strokes. * In-house manufactured 5-axis milling head that can be selected based on processing needs. * High-speed feed of 60m/min and acceleration of 0.5G, reducing processing time. * High-speed spindle rotation of 25,000 min-1 to 30,000 min-1. * Special polymer concrete embedded in the side walls supporting the high rail gantry structure, achieving high rigidity, high damping, and low thermal displacement. This results in excellent processing capability, processing accuracy, and surface finish quality.
