Fast! Easy! Reliable! The Easy Lock now adds a new feature called "Positive Release" for roll/bobbin replacement. Previously, when a heavy roll/bobbin was supported by a tapered cone, the weight of the workpiece would continue to press against the tapered cone during release, creating tension that made it difficult to detach. We have changed the structure so that it can be completely released simply by loosening the tensioning wheel, resolving these issues. The operation for releasing workpieces under tension on the cone has been significantly improved.

Tomita Corporation will exhibit at the 32nd Japan International Machine Tool Fair "JIMTOF2024" held at Tokyo Big Sight. We plan to showcase a high-speed 5-axis gantry machining center (Germany), a swing jet nozzle (Germany), a tool breakage detection system (Germany), AR (augmented reality) quality inspection software (Germany), a CNC milling machine equipped with a laser unit (Etsuki Corporation), and a high-speed appearance inspection device (Mitsutec Corporation).
