We offer contract services for polymorphism analysis based on microsatellite analysis. We conduct accurate microsatellite analysis using a fluorescent sequencer. Typically, you only need to send us your DNA samples. While we primarily handle human and mouse specimens, we also have extensive experience with various animals, including fish and amphibians. We maintain nearly 400 fluorescent microsatellite markers for humans and over 300 for mice, which are available for use by our clients. We also perform LOH analysis using microsatellites. If you send us your DNA samples, we will conduct PCR, dilution, denaturation, and data analysis in-house. We can also perform DNA instability tests and speed congenic analysis.
