We have achieved overwhelming high sensitivity that is essential for studies of molecular interactions such as FRET, TR-FRET, Alpha assay, and BRET. - The introduction of high-sensitivity PMTs allows for compatibility with various fluorescent dyes. - The optical system incorporates Fusion Optics, enabling the selection of monochrome and filters on both the excitation and fluorescence sides. This flexibility allows for various scenarios, such as condition testing before the actual assay. - The Alpha assay is equipped with an infrared sensor, which measures the temperature of each well and provides temperature-corrected experimental results. This plays an important role in the Alpha assay, where a deviation of just 1 degree can lead to a maximum error of 10%. In cell-based assays, the main unit has a built-in CO2 incubator function, providing an optimal environment for cell proliferation. Additionally, with the introduction of an injector, it is possible to perform assays without removing the plates from the Spark. Furthermore, a cooling function has been added to accommodate assays where temperature is critical near room temperature, as well as assays under conditions below room temperature. All modules are upgradeable, allowing for a system configuration that meets your needs even after purchase.
