With the installation of this software, direct communication with the control units of 3-axis and 5-axis machining machines becomes possible through easy connection, allowing for on-machine measurement, rapid setup, and machine verification using a tetrahedron. It is also easy to handle; if you have CAD, you can program directly offline and verify probe contact with the program's simulation function. It allows for vertical contact with the surface of the measurement object in 5-axis, and can use different alignments to measure complex geometries, dimensional tolerances, and geometric tolerances. It contributes to reducing processing time, improving reliability through advanced traceability, real-time process control, detecting trends in machining, and preventing defects.
