"Colombian Organic Bananas" are bananas that are free from pesticides and chemical agents. In the Santa Marta region where this product is produced, the temperature difference between day and night can reach up to 15 degrees, allowing the bananas to grow slowly and develop a unique sweetness and texture. We currently manage our owned farms by dividing them into lots, and we oversee all fruit cultivation information, including compost distribution, pathogens, and rainfall, using a computer system. During the cultivation and packing period, we assign numbers to each lot weekly and stamp each box, enabling us to provide immediate information about each box.
