The "PURELAB flex5+UF" is an ultra-pure water system that minimizes the generation of microparticles to the extreme. By operating continuously for 24 hours (flow rate of 0.5 liters per minute), it prevents the generation of microparticles that occur during intermittent operation. Additionally, it reliably removes microparticles larger than 0.2μm using a UF membrane with a molecular weight cut-off of 5,000.
