For press/leaf springs, we handle thicknesses from t0.08 to 2.6mm, with a proven track record in materials such as ordinary steel, special steel, plated steel sheets, copper-based materials, and aluminum. Our latest wide servo press with a capacity of up to 250 tons excels in high-precision forming processing. We possess technologies that can achieve the desired shapes and precision for our customers through processing techniques such as ultra-fine slitting, bending, barrelling, in-die tapping, drawing, and cold forging. In recent years, we have designed our own assembly lines for "wire springs," "leaf springs," and "pressed products," supplying them as high-precision assembly items.
