We are engaged in the winding and bending processing of metal wire materials, as well as punching and bending processing of metal sheets for automobiles, actively serving various industries such as automotive, office automation equipment, telecommunications, and home appliances. To meet diverse design needs, we handle wire springs with wire diameters ranging from φ0.1 to φ8.0, using materials such as SUS and piano wire, and offer a variety of shapes including "round wire" and "square wire" to accommodate both large and small wire springs. For press and flat springs, we work with thicknesses from 0.08 to 2.6 mm, and our proven steel types include ordinary steel, special steel, plated steel sheets, copper-based materials, and aluminum. With our latest 250-ton wide servo press, we excel in high-precision forming processing. Our processing technologies include ultra-small slit processing, bending processing, barrelling processing, in-die tapping, drawing processing, and cold forging, enabling us to achieve the desired shapes and precision requested by our customers. In recent years, we have also designed our own assembly lines for "wire springs," "flat springs," and "pressed products," supplying them as high-precision assembly items. We operate five factories in Japan (Tokyo, two in Nagano, Shizuoka, and Saga) and a factory in Thailand (Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate). Additionally, we are actively expanding our export operations across Asia, Europe, and America.
