We would like to introduce a case study of aluminum alloy casting by Satokin, an expert in sand casting of aluminum and copper alloys. The "BRAKE CALIPER" is a high-performance integrated caliper of the sports type. Thanks to our uniquely developed casting technology, molten aluminum is poured into aluminum pipes of the same material and melting point set in the sand mold, achieving a close bond (fusion) without overlapping the aluminum pipes.
