Japan, known as an earthquake-prone country, has a history of numerous major earthquakes. While the extent of the damage is reported in the media, the focus tends to be on the scale of the damage. Using VR technology, it is possible to capture individual damage situations in 360°, allowing for a record of each situation that can aid in recovery efforts. By understanding the conditions of business partners, facilities used, tourist spots, and planned visit locations, and if a smartphone can be used in a network environment, images can be checked to assess what support can be provided to the disaster site, serving as materials for consultation with victims. We will launch a service called "Disaster Recovery View" on September 1, 2018 (Saturday), Disaster Prevention Day, which allows for wide dissemination of the exterior, grounds, and interiors through Street View, as well as registration of information on a dedicated panoramic view site and posting on social media and video sites. Additionally, it will be possible to archive these images and share them with local governments and related organizations. We will also re-capture efforts and achievements related to recovery.

Usage and Scenarios During a disaster, we cannot respond immediately as it may interfere with public support, but we will conduct the designated filming from the supporter (requester) as soon as possible.
