The "Bolt-type Screen Changer (BSC)" filters out foreign substances such as metal, inorganic particles, carbides, degraded materials, unmelted resin, and gels from molten resin, preventing a decline in product quality. A filter is placed at one location on each bolt at the end of the two internal flow paths, and it is operated by each hydraulic cylinder. Filter cleaning is made possible by alternately replacing the filters on the bolts, allowing operation without stopping the entire production line.
