The "Bolt-type Screen Changer (BSC)" features filters placed at one location on each bolt at the end of two internal flow paths, operated by hydraulic cylinders. Filter cleaning is made possible by alternately replacing the filters on the bolts, allowing operation without stopping the entire production line. Additionally, we propose a new installation method for the screen changer, positioned downstream of the gear pump.
