Improving design flexibility by leveraging the advantages of general injection molding, foam molding, and blow molding methods.
"CINPRES" is a hollow molding method that injects inert gas (nitrogen) into the resin. It is a molding method that takes advantage of the strengths of general injection molding, foaming molding, and blow molding. It is expected to suppress shrinkage and warping, significantly shorten molding cycles, reduce weight through hollow structures, and decrease the clamping pressure of molding machines. Additionally, it allows for uneven wall thickness structures, enhancing design flexibility. 【Features】 ■ Smooth surface equivalent to general injection molded products ■ Improved overall rigidity of molded products through hollow rib structures ■ Significant enhancement of design flexibility ■ No need for dedicated molding machines ■ Applicable to all thermoplastic resins *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
