Introducing the basic substrate design for applying lining (thick film)!
We will introduce the design of the base material suitable for fluororesin lining. This is the basic design of the base material when applying lining (thick film). Please also refer to it for coating (thin film). For the "corner sections," it is ideal to finish with a radius of at least 4R, and preferably 10R or more if possible. If the inner radius is small, increasing the film thickness will make it more susceptible to the thermal shrinkage of the fluororesin. At the "welded sections," it is necessary to weld all joints (both inside and outside). Additionally, if attaching pipes or similar, all joint areas on the coating surface must be welded as well. Unevenness in welding is not an issue as long as the weld is smooth. Please note that pinholes in the weld are not acceptable. If you consult with us before the design phase, we can provide suitable fluororesin lining. *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

**Notes for When Lining the Entire Product** To line the entire product, it is necessary to have hanging points such as holes or screw holes. By suspending it, areas without the fluororesin lining film will occur. If used directly in a chemical tank, these areas without the film may corrode, or chemicals may permeate from these areas, causing the fluororesin lining to peel off, leading to various troubles. To prevent such issues, it is necessary to fill the metal parts of the hanging points without the film with the same material fluororesin by melting (resin welding). **Please consult us in the following cases as well:** ■ In the case of fluororesin lining performed by another company ⇒ Resin welding is possible for areas without the film ■ Exposure of metal due to scratches or dents caused by carelessness during installation ⇒ Corrections can be made through resin welding (Depending on the condition of the scratches and dents, we may decline the request) ■ If removal is not possible ⇒ On-site resin welding is also possible (We may decline the request depending on the condition of the lining) *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.*

It is possible to apply a fluororesin coating (Teflon coating) on the inside of a pipe with an inner diameter of just 1mm. We may be able to handle processing that other companies have declined. Additionally, we have extensive experience in applying coatings for corrosion prevention on manufacturing equipment. We also have a track record with household items and food-related equipment.
