Rikei offers a "super compact YIG oscillator" that has superior phase noise performance compared to general VCOs, contributing to a reduction in the number of components and an improvement in communication stability. By utilizing technology developed by the U.S. company VIDA to "integrate YIG oscillators into ICs," we have achieved miniaturization and cost reduction. The YIG oscillator, which was previously limited in size for certain applications, can now be used in high-frequency circuit design. The compact YIG oscillator provides small size, low power consumption, and excellent phase noise performance. The DS series oscillator, offered in a surface-mount Leadless Chip Carrier (LC) package, provides a single-tone reference frequency range of 9GHz to 15GHz and allows for electrical tuning of ±2%. The DS series is suitable for today's advanced applications that require surface mounting, low phase noise, and low power consumption.
