The vibration-damping rubber, which excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbs energy with minimal rebound even when subjected to external forces. The Hanenite GP60LE is a general-grade Hanenite that exhibits the best vibration-damping properties in the normal temperature range. It has a higher hardness compared to GP35LE, making it excellent in load-bearing capacity. Like GP35LE, it also has excellent oil resistance, allowing for safe use around oils in various machines. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely used as a vibration-damping component in quiet, low-vibration products. 【Characteristics】 ● The rebound elasticity is 4% (measured value). ● Load capacity is approximately 2,000 kg (for 10×100×100 mm with 10% deflection). The values may vary depending on the contact area, so please contact us for details. ● It can be processed into various shapes. Molding similar to general rubber is possible.
