Cold-resistant grade of vibration-damping rubber with excellent shock absorption and vibration absorption! Usable even in low temperature ranges (-20°C)! Many proven applications as an anti-vibration material! *Compliant with RoHS2 directive.
The vibration-damping rubber, which excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbs energy without much rebound even when subjected to external forces. The Hane Night CP40S particularly excels in cold resistance, demonstrating excellent vibration-damping performance even at -20°C. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely adopted as a vibration-damping material in various industries. 【Characteristics】 ● Rebound elasticity is 10% (measured value). ● Load capacity is approximately 1,300 kg (for dimensions of 10×100×100 mm with a deflection of 10%). The values may vary depending on the pressure area, so please contact us for details. ● Can be processed into various shapes. Molding similar to general rubber is possible. GP-LE: Has the best vibration-damping performance among Hanenite and can also produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20°C. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping functionality over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Can be molded similarly to general rubber. Strong adhesion to metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials is also acceptable. Teflon bonding (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Independent bubble vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliant with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
