Cold-resistant grade of vibration-damping rubber with excellent shock absorption and vibration absorption! Usable even in low temperature ranges (-20°C)! Many proven applications as vibration-damping material! *Compliant with RoHS2 directive.
The vibration-damping rubber, which excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbs energy with almost no rebound even when subjected to external forces. The Hanenite CP55S particularly excels in cold resistance, demonstrating excellent vibration-damping properties even at -20°C. Additionally, due to its high hardness compared to CP40S, it has superior load-bearing capacity. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely adopted as a vibration-damping material in various industries. 【Characteristics】 ● Rebound elasticity is 10% (measured value). ● Load capacity is approximately 3,700 kg (for dimensions 10×100×100 mm with a deflection of 10%). The values may vary depending on the contact area, so please contact us for details. ● It can be processed into various shapes. GP-LE: Has the highest vibration-damping performance among Hane-Night and can also produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20°C. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping function over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Can be molded similarly to general rubber. Strong adhesion with metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials is also acceptable. Teflon bonding (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3 and independent bubbles. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliant with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
