Shock-absorbing and vibration-damping viscoelastic rubber! Flame-retardant grade (compliant with UL94-HB). Proven track record as vibration-damping material! *Compliant with RoHS2 directive.
The vibration-damping rubber, which excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbs energy without much rebound even when subjected to external forces. The Hanenite GP40HB is compliant with UL94-HB standards and can be used for components that require flame resistance. It also has oil resistance, making it safe for use around various machinery and oil environments. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely adopted in various industries as cushioning and vibration-damping materials. 【Characteristics】 ● Rebound elasticity is 5% (measured value). ● Load capacity is approximately 1,700 kg (for dimensions 10×100×100 mm with a deflection of 10%). The values may vary depending on the pressure area, so please contact us for details. ● Can be processed into various shapes. Molding similar to general rubber is possible. GP-LE: Has the best vibration-damping performance among Hane Night and can also produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20°C. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping functionality over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Strong adhesion with metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3 and independent bubbles. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliance with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
