Shock-absorbing and vibration-dampening rubber with excellent performance! Superior weather resistance (ozone resistance) grade! Numerous achievements as a vibration-damping material! *Compliant with RoHS2 directive.
The vibration-damping rubber, which excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbs energy with minimal rebound even when subjected to external forces. Hanenite OP40 demonstrates the best vibration-damping properties in the room temperature range. Additionally, it has superior weather resistance (ozone resistance) compared to other grades, making it suitable for outdoor use without any issues. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely used as cushioning material and vibration-damping components in various industries. 【Characteristics】 ● Rebound elasticity is 9% (measured value). ● Load capacity is approximately 1,700 kg (for 10×100×100 mm with 10% deflection). The values may vary depending on the contact area, so please contact us for details. ● Can be processed into various shapes. Molding similar to general rubber is possible. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping functionality over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Strong adhesion to metals is achievable (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon bonding (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3 and independent bubbles. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliance with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
