Cross-linked polyethylene (PE) pipes are used for "water supply and hot water supply pipes" and "floor heating pipes" installed in residential buildings and commercial buildings. We have successfully developed a device that produces cross-linked PE pipes in a one-step process by sequentially mixing various raw materials within the equipment, achieving significant reductions in manufacturing costs compared to traditional manufacturing methods that use cross-linked PE pipe compounds as raw materials.
