【Stationary Phase】 ・ C18: The most commonly used in HPLC. Suitable for scales from LC-MS to microbore and preparative. ・ C18-HL: A high carbon load that offers better separation efficiency due to elution time compared to C18. ・ C18-AR (C18 with Phenyl group): A C18 phase with selectivity for aromatic compounds similar to a Phenyl phase. ・ C18-PFP (C18 with pentafluorophenyl group): A mixed column that combines C18 and PFP (pentafluorophenyl) phases. Enhances separation efficiency for basic substances. ・ C8: Suitable for hydrophobic substances that are too strongly retained by C18. ・ C4: Provides lower hydrophobic interaction. ・ CN: Applicable to both normal and reversed phases. ・ Phenyl: Has intermediate hydrophobic performance between C4 and C8. Recommended for the separation of aromatics, amines, and polar compounds. ・ AQ: A C18 with perfect polar functionality. Suitable for use in 100% aqueous solutions. ・ SIL: Silica for normal phase applications. *Various guard columns and pre-column filters are also available.
