basic information
**What is the Electrolytic Cell Frame of the Ion Exchange Membrane Electrolytic Cell Unit?** The ion exchange membrane electrolytic cell unit refers to the ion exchange membrane, gaskets, electrolytic cell frame, inlet and outlet headers, inlet and outlet hoses, and the press used to assemble these components. Depending on the current density, approximately 90 frames assembled using a hydraulic press at 40A/dm² are equivalent to a production capacity of 10,000 tons/Y of NaOH. The material for the anode side of the electrolytic cell frame is made of titanium, which requires skill in welding and bending processes, while the material for the cathode side is selected based on the concentration of caustic soda, typically using high-grade metals such as SUS304L, pure nickel, and SUS310ELC. Recently, there have been achievements in the design and manufacturing of electrolytic systems, including hydrochloric acid electrolytic cells, pure gold refining electrolytic cells, and even nuclear-related electrolytic systems that apply these technologies. *For more details, please contact us.*

Company information
Our company is currently engaged in the design and construction of hydrogen production equipment using renewable energy. As part of future energy measures, we will utilize renewable energy sources (such as solar power, wind power, and geothermal power) to extract pure hydrogen. The intended use is directed towards the development of fuel cells for hydrogen vehicles. Since 2015, hydrogen vehicles have been commercially available. The exhaust gas is water vapor, resulting in a perfectly pollution-free vehicle. Although significant development costs are incurred in the initial stages, this is a technology with great potential for the future. Additionally, E-Plan takes pride in being among the best in the world in knowledge related to the design and manufacturing of ion exchange membrane electrolyzers. We handle everything from structural design to material procurement, including methods for joining titanium and dissimilar metals, precision sheet metal processing of high-grade metals, welding techniques for titanium and nickel, and stress analysis of electrolyzers, all the way to quality control and overseas export packaging, ensuring a comprehensive approach to quality assurance.
