Cost reduction through compound bending processing! Processing is possible with only progressive die operations!
We would like to introduce the features of Yokoyama Seiko Co., Ltd.'s "composite bending processing (2D)." Typically, the bending die structure that uses a core is designed to insert the core from the lateral direction using a cam. However, since the sample product involves 2D composite bending, the core structure from the lateral direction cannot be applied, and the usual processing is considered to be a combination of progressive and single-step processes. Therefore, by changing the core structure to be vertical (up and down), we have made it possible to process using only the progressive process. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
